Distressed Assets

Forefront has experience managing hundreds of bank owned (REO) properties and properties in receivership.  With a focus of the transitional nature of these management assignments, Forefront provides advantages for banks and other lender clients with unique sensitivities by having a manager that understands such a viewpoint. Receivership

Forefront's Managing Director, Brian Sibila, has served as a court appointed receiver in numerous foreclosure cases for bank clients as well as private lenders and capital companies.

A knowledgeable and experienced receiver can protect distressed assets during the foreclosure process, stabilizing the asset and reducing potential liabilities and further mitigating value loss.
