Forefront Realty Resources ("Forefront") was formed in 2015 by Brian Sibila, after more than a decade of experience in numerous facets of commercial real estate. Mr. Sibila created Forefront with the intention to provide commercial real estate consulting and management services to clients within the convenience retailing industry, and also to lenders dealing with distressed assets.

 

Prior to launching Forefront, Mr. Sibila obtained experience and knowledge in real estate relating to the convenience retailing industry in his time with NRC Realty and Capital Advisors ("NRC"), wherein he managed structured sales of convenience retailing properties, and also performed financial analysis and merger and acquisition due diligence functions. After his time with NRC, Mr. Sibila began working with b2b Solutions, a consulting firm to the convenience retailing industry, where he provided financial analysis, merger and acquisition consulting, and real estate consulting services. Due to the recession of 2008, opportunities to work with distressed assets became more prevalent, and Mr. Sibila began working with lending institutions on distressed assets and REO Properties. In 2012, he began working with PSA Solutions to further his experience with bank asset management and receiverships. Mr. Sibila has managed hundreds of bank owned properties and distressed bank assets, and has acted as a court appointed receiver on numerous cases relating to all asset classes.

Mr. Sibila was raised in southeastern Michigan and is a alumnus of the University of Michigan. He has been a resident of Chicago since 2001.
